RETURNS

At Essie’s, all orders are final. Due to the nature of our rental service and limited inventory, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order is placed.

We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and rental dates carefully before checking out. We also recommend trying on the item before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to placing your order, please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of your delivery or pickup so we can address the issue appropriately.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

If you do not contact us within the 12 hour window, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Your item must be physically returned within 24 hours of you receiving it, in order for us to inspect any damages claimed.

Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We do not guarantee refunds for any specific or certain reason.

DAMAGES

Renters are responsible for taking care of their items while in their possession.

If an item is returned with any damage, you will be expected to cover the cost of repairs.

In cases where the damage is beyond repair, you will be charged the full retail value of the item.

We recommend treating items like your own, so that we can continue providing great quality rentals!

CLEANING

Please do not wash or dry your rental—we take care of all cleaning for you!

LATE RETURNS

Timely returns help keep our rentals running smoothly for everyone.

If an item is returned past your rental date, a $25 late fee will be charged. An additional $5 will be added for each day the item is late after that.

To avoid fees, please be sure to return your rental on or before the agreed return date.
