PICKUP + RETURNS
LOCAL PICKUPS WILL OCCUR ON THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR RENTAL PERIOD.
YOUR ITEM WILL BE READY FOR PICKUP ANYTIME DURING OUT STORE HOURS (12-5) AT OUR STOREFRONT.
RETURNS SHOULD BE GIVEN BACK TO US ON THE LAST DAY OF YOUR RENTAL PERIOD: IN STORE OR USING THE DROP BOX AT OUR FRONT DOOR.
ANY ITEMS NOT AT OUR STORE OR DROPBOX BY 5PM ON THE LAST DAY OF YOUR RENTAL WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE PENALTY.
Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING ORDERS MUST BE PLACED WITH 5 OR 10 DAY RENTAL PERIODS ONLY IN ORDER TO PREVENT ISSUES WITH SHIPPING.
PLEASE SELECT THE START DAY OF YOUR RENTAL PERIOD TO BE AT LEAST 2-3 DAYS BEFORE YOU EVENT DATE.
CONFIRMATION OF RETURN SHIPPING MUST BE SENT TO SHIPPINGESSIES@GMAIL.COM BY 4:30PM ON THE LAST DAY OF YOUR RENTAL PERIOD TO AVOID LATE FEE PENALTY.

NO PINS OR STITCHES SHOULD BE PUT INTO ITEMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITH THESE ITEMS STILL ATTACHED to the garment, or that has damage from the use of the items, will be charged a damage fee.
